As you may know, Chris and I are big fans of authentic Austin-style barbecue. We love attending the Big Apple BBQ, a yearly event in which the whole of Madison Square Park is converted into a huge smoke pit where pit masters from all over the country convene to serve some of their finest barbecue. Dry-rub brisket, Andouille sausage, pulled pork sandwiches, and St. Louis-style ribs were all present and accounted for. Before you check out the photos, grab a napkin -- you'll be drooling.
